Sri Vimalananda intends to build a human community, where human being can live in harmony with his internal aspirations, with God’s commandments and human rules.
These community should constitute an archetypal for others, harmonious life in common.
Everything now is in the draft stage, so everyone is free to decide if it is interested to live in a community like this and show how a human being can exist at a higher level.
The human being is a social being. She has an innate attraction to live in groups. Inside him there are remnants of ancestral animals, of living in the herd. If we analyze the behavior of animals that live in groups, we see that the first motivation to live together is the one regarding the security of every single in the herd. Meaning security defense against aggressors, because they will not attack an entire herd. In addition to this kind of security, at the same time, it creates the conditions to develop and maintain all necessary survival instincts. We must learn from animals because they are wise and guided only by instincts.
If you had to make a comparison between human beings and animals, from many points of view man is often wrong. For example, if the animals live in harmony with nature, not the same can be said about humans. The question is why the man is unconcerned to live spontaneously, naturally? The answer is that the human mind is the one that fools us with its endless desires. The man has unnecessarily complicated entire his existence. He created instruments such as money, which believes it can buy anything, created powerful structures of manipulation, such as political manipulation, banking manipulation, religious manipulation, commercial manipulation …
They are misleading human being by convincing that he will be happy if possess as many commodities and money. The truth is that no one on this planet is happy, at least not in this way.
Happiness is a state of mind, a mental state which every individual must create it for himself. Happiness cannot be bought, or given. The man needs to construct the happiness, happiness is not in goods, in pleasures, in money, in power, in sex …
But before we start to create a state of inner peace, called happiness, we need to create first the external conditions.
These are related to physical/material, mental, emotional stability and security.
An individual is mentally influenced by the environment in which he lives. If you live in a negative environment, you will become negative. If you live in a positive environment, harmonious, you will have a positive life. A soul cannot mentally oppose collective consciousness, he will receive the general collective status. Making a bath in a puddle of muddy water is not the same thing as you bathe in the clear water of a river, for example. Breathing polluted air of a room is not the same to breathe fresh air from nature.
There are two ways to correct environmental effect on us as individuals. The first is to go in search of a healthy environment and to integrate us inside, following resident rules. The second way is to create ourself that environment in equilibrium with nature and our fellow men. In other words, we need to attract others, they have come to us. Both methods are difficult to put into practice, especially the second, which is just for a few.
To make a change of this kind must obviously to have enough strong motivation. Usually, the motivation of this kind comes after a prolonged state of struggle and adversities. As each individual has a destiny, karma, so the groups, nations are subject to the same laws of the Universe. Each human being has a horoscope that is his destiny, karmic program. A nation also has a precise karmic horoscope and a program. It’s easy to see that living in different countries and places, life changes, it’s much different. There are countries, places with better karma, others less good karma and others with a catastrophic karma.
We live in a very turbulent time. The existing crisis is worldwide. It’s the first of its kind. No loom solutions. It will deepen more. The crisis is not of material nature, but is mainly a mental crisis of all civilization. Humanity has reached a dead end from where he cannot go out. Everything is wrong. Material security no longer exists. The man has removed God from his life. Human being is living isolated; each individual is driven by his own selfish desires. If people would unite and would work together altruistically, in 20-25 years all the planet would flourish and would solve all problems. It seems that this is just a utopia. As long as on this planet constantly reincarnate spirits with primitive desires, there cannot be union.
What can we do? Need to live our life. Need to create our self, communities where we can live on our true dimension of human beings in harmony with ourselves, with others and with nature. To show others how to live, how is it possible to live together at perfect level. To be an example to those who are in error and do not know how it can be corrected.
These are the aims.
• Why live in communities?
The entire system currently is in collapse. Organizational systems have been proven to be wrong and fruitless. Especially genuine human values and true spirituality is perceived as something wrong or harmful. Everything is inverted. Those who have the biggest problems of mental or psychological nature are worshiped and the world is following their example. Currently, society as a whole cannot provide help, protection and support for each individual. Is unable because is using the wrong values. The laws and rules created, which should be made and used to the improvement of the human being, are now being used against human beings to confine and destroy freedom, security and life itself. Even within families there are now splitting. The simplest things of humanity’s life are now distorted. Food is not appropriate for human body and mind. Inside food they allowed many harmful chemicals that have disastrous effect on humans. The water is impure and is … for sale. Consuming more alcohol, drugs. Sexuality is exacerbated globally, and became an industry. People involved in the ephemeral world of fashion, show-business, talk-shows, cinema, television, advertising, in sports are worshiped. Banks have created enslavement and control systems to use the money of people. Politics are always the same with many words and obscure interests.
• Are you satisfied with this system?
If not, who can stop you to step outside of it?
• You forget that you are free?
Still, you want slavery? Live as before. Be slave of your desires.
• Do you want freedom?
Make a change! The solution currently on the planet is to create larger families, communities made up of people who think positively, in which each person contribute positively to live on another level: the human level. Only within communities like this, man, taken individually, may be protected of negative effects of his destiny, will be privileged and he can have access to his inner treasure.

Living in collective, human being is fastest evolving. In the Western countries, there is an obvious trend of separation between people. Separation brings problems. Everyone, that is adult or not, has its own room, in which segregates, has its own things, properties… Life takes place behind closed doors. A selfish society. Opposite of Western civilization, Orientals, particularly Indians, still living in small communities called ashrams, where they receive education, studying, improving their character … They also live in large families in small spaces, and their life is open. A being who lives secluded in the forest for example, may believe himself to be the best person, to be perfect. This is because it has no mirror, no reference system and no criteria to compare with others. When coming in contact with others, living in society, begin to emerge more imperfections. People can be corrected only by living with others, connecting with others. The choice is ours: either we live lonely, selfishly, like everyone, without evolving significantly, or we live together, united, perhaps leading a different life, but growing fast. Suffering is anyway present in life of everyone, so it’s better to suffer and resolve problems together than live in loneliness.
• People in the community must be united by a common ideal?
Any mixture, combination, including one made of human beings, need a binder. At present there are already many kinds of communities, organizations, united by a common ideal. It can be religious, philosophical, political, humanitarian, spiritual … Inevitably, in time due to the human being imperfection, beings with character problems, will create major problems inside groups. These can be of many kinds: internal conflicts, power struggles, sectarianism, dogmatism, obscurantism … This eventually lead to the dissolution, the destruction of that cell.
Need to create the community in the name of the only existing ideal, TRUE LOVE, HARMONY AND BALANCE, the ideal life, like a human being, in harmony with himself, with others, with nature with whole creation, clean, without interference and ideals that attract troubles. This is what human being is longing, but fails to find it, because his own deviations, fluctuating from one extreme to another.
THIS IS THE ONLY ONE ETERNAL, TRUE WAY OF LIFE; LIVE IN LOVE, HARMONY AND BALANCE.
This does not belong to any religion, race nor a geographical area or a group and is available to everyone.
• There are already many kinds of communities, why create another one?
All communities are created with a definite purpose, operating, developing a certain specific segment. None of them are caring of each individual person. They are very busy to fulfill the purpose and spend more resources of all kinds in various actions, but does not create the necessary conditions for a balanced life for anyone. Being always busy, super active, they neglect their own inner mood, neglect their health, lose contact with the unity existing within each human. The necessity is to create a human community in which to highlight the superior qualities of human being.
• What are the problems encountered in a community?
The problems in the community are almost the same as in the normal world in general, except that they are more easily visible due to less people living together. The same problems are everywhere: the desire for power, sexual problems, financial problems, alcohol problems, drug problems, misconduct, lying, stealing of any kind, manipulation, politics …
• How to prevent problems in communities?
It is very simple. God created heaven. Why people cannot go there? Because there are laws that make difficult the access. So, laws are which decide. If rules are perfect, cannot be problems. Everything can be prevented in time. Few, simple and effective rules in a community can prevent problems and ensure the successful carrying out of activities and life.
• It is necessary to resolve the funding. From where we get the funds?
In any enterprise, before a project is starting, must have well-developed ways of achieving it. If the idea is perfect and in harmony with nature, it attracts all that is needed to be done. It resonate with the laws created by God, every thought, desire, idea can be realized, put into practice. Normal, should not concern ourselves too much of that, if the idea is positive, altruistic. In practice it is necessary to analyze and decide. Depending also on the complexity of the project, can be found solutions for any occurrence. In our case, the establishment of a community, there are several alternatives:
1. External Financing, from humanitarian organizations,
2. Financing sponsorship by one person or more,
3. Fundraising for an experimental community,
4. Donations,
5. Own sponsorship by one person or more of the Community.
6. Own financing, sharing costs equally to every person.
• Who will be part of the community?
– People ready to dedicate his life to an ideal human experiment,
– Inner balanced persons,
– People who can live well in society, groups,
– People who do not consume meat, alcohol, drugs, tobacco,
– People free from any kind of deviation or extremism,
– People healthy physically, mentally and spiritually,
– Nonsectarian and non-religious blind people,
– Positive people, skillful, practical and active,
– Married people with family,
– Adult people unmarried.
• Who will manage the community?
Community will be self-financed. A manager that manages the wealth of others can end up being incorrect. Community will have a group that will manage, which will be in charge for short determined duration, and cannot be soon in charge again. But the community will be led really by a very well-established rules which will prevent the creation of any problems.
• What are the internal rules of operation?
The internal rules of the community, are of two types, fix, unchangeable rules and changeable rules, to be developed and adopted along with the people who will live inside the community.
• What will be the size of the community?
Between 20 and 30 people would be optimal. Obviously, nobody can know how many people will be interested to come.
• What will be the estimated cost in € to build a community of this kind?
This varies from case to case. It depends on the number of people who decide to enter the community and the level of comfort desired. Everything will be decided. We estimate that we need minimum 20,000 – 30.000 € per person. Meals will be ideal to be taken together, with shared kitchen.
• What activities will exist within the community?
Life within the community will be a natural, balanced life. Activities will be flexible and not compulsory. They will be dictated by circumstances. As a first activity, priority will be one in which each one brings their own contribution, depending on the nature and attributes of each, to the good of the community, mainly related to work to ensure the needs of living. Community life should be like that of a family, united with people who love and respect each other, full of tolerance, kindness and humility. The behavior if is spontaneous, natural will automatically adjust all activities. Will be very good if inside community will be activities like: yoga, gymnastics, meditation, study, singing… activities meant to keep healthy physically and mentally the community.
• Are admitted practice religious or spiritual nature?
Everyone has the right and privilege to choose their inner life. It should be borne in mind however that religious people end up in becoming dogmatic and sectarian, and those who call themselves spiritual, become very selfish, full of ego and fanatics. True path is the middle path. A balanced life definitely brings inner perception of the divine. So, the answer is yes, but so as to be discreet and not affect or bother anyone, and do not try to make proselytes.

• What will be the source of living in the community?
Once built the community will go to find source of revenue. The community must be autonomous. To produce the most of the food. It is necessary to have/purchase land then need to be cultivated with potatoes, vegetables, fruits… It is necessary to build a big and nice greenhouse also. Since the community will be vegetarian, it is necessary to raise a few animals too, such as cows, hens for eggs … Also is possible that people can work out of the community. However, all this will be decided concretely, when the time will come, analyzing all conditions.
